Barbara Currie has been teaching and practising yoga for over thirty years and was one of the first to bring yoga to a wider audience. A former yoga presenter on GMTV, Barbara also runs a popular and respected yoga school. Her videos have sold over half a million copies in the past three years and the award winning ‘Power of Yoga’ was the best-selling fitness video of 2001. Together with ‘Barbara Currie’s Yoga’ and ‘7 Secrets of Yoga’ it has helped to establish her as one of the biggest names in Yoga today.
