Quite the polar opposite of being a cookbook author, or a food content creator, Emma Petersen qualified as a solicitor in August of 2023. After devoting many years to attaining her quote unquote dream career as a corporate lawyer in the City, it wasn’t until she got there that she realised she was slowly losing everything that was most important to her: time for cooking, exercising, seeing family, socialising with friends and sharing her love for food online.
