HarperCollins is pleased to announce that from 1 July 2022, sales representation for all former Pavilion Books titles (including imprints Collins & Brown, Pavilion, Portico, Robson, National Trust and Pavilion Children’s) will move from Quarto Publishing UK to HarperCollins UK and distribution will move from Hachette UK Distribution to HarperCollins UK Distribution.
Orders
Orders will be fulfilled by Hachette UK Distribution up to and including 24 June 2022. From Friday 1 July 2022 orders will be fulfilled by HarperCollins. Any orders placed between 25–30 June will record as backorders (if relevant) and will be transferred to HarperCollins.
Returns
Hachette UK Distribution will authorise returns up to and including Thursday 30 June 2022. These should be returned to Hachette UK Distribution for credit. From Friday 1 July 2022, new returns requests should be submitted to HarperCollins.
Payments and Claims
Payments and claims should be made to the originating invoicing distributor.
The Trade OM team will be the main contact for Pavilion titles, now a separate imprint in HQ. Pavilion Children’s titles will be rebranded as Farshore titles.
Please note National Trust titles will be managed by the Collins Learning team.
