John Bailey

John Bailey has been an angler for nearly forty years. He has caught large carp, pike, barbel, roach, perch and tench from many British and European waters as well as taimen from Mongolia, mahseer from India and the Tibetan borders, and char from Greenland. One of the best-known angling writers in Britain and Europe, John has written more than twenty books on the subject. He currently combines a writing and photography career with work on television and radio, as well as running fishing course both at home and aboard.
